I agree with the first thing you’re saying, but that’s nothing to do with what the image was saying. Regardless of whether it’s a man telling a man, a woman telling a woman, a man telling a woman, or a woman telling a man, it’s as if the man is “allowed” to have a higher number, and as soon as the woman reaches a certain number she becomes promiscuous. It’s been going on for hundreds of years, particularly since the C18th. It was perfectly acceptable for men to sleep with as many women as possible while, if a woman did not remain a virgin until her wedding night, she wasn’t worth marrying.
