Firstly, part of the reason I posted it is it’s from a brilliant film. Secondly, you’re so wrong. Regardless of how awkward it is telling your partner how many people you’ve slept with, in general if a guy says he has slept with a large number of women he is held in higher esteem than before. If a woman says she has slept with a large number of men she is labelled a slut or called promiscuous, as though it’s a problem. It shouldn’t matter, regardless of gender, how many sexual partners you have, and it certainly shouldn’t be encouraged for men and frowned upon for women.
